Ferah Catering & Events is a chef-owned company with restaurant locations in Garland, Southlake, and Wylie, TX, which allows us to serve the larger DFW metroplex. Our owners, Burak Ozcan and Jeremy Berlin, are truly passionate about delicious cuisine and exceptional hospitality.
Our team’s extensive culinary background allows us to cater to a variety of fusion and international cuisines. In addition, our team’s qualifications in intimate and large-scale event logistics and execution afford us the ability to cater specifically to our clients’ vision with fully customizable menus.

Our years in the industry have afforded us many opportunities to network and build relationships across the greater DFW metroplex with the best in the service industry. We are proud that all our catering staff are provided in-house and not hired through a third-party temp company. You can rest assured knowing that all staff at your event are expertly trained in the Ferah five-star service standard.
Having a working history with the staff we use allows us to understand their skill set on a deeper level and match it to each client and their unique event needs. This is an incredibly reliable way for us to ensure that our guests are getting the best service every time.
Catering Concierge
We understand that planning an event can be a stressful experience. There are many moving parts, and the details can feel overwhelming when you don't have someone to guide you along the way. That's why we assign a catering concierge to every client who books with us. This person will guide you through all the ins and outs of pulling off a fabulous event.

Our goal is to bring restaurant-quality catering to your event. Your wedding reception or corporate event deserves a high-quality catering partner who can bring your event to the next level. From cocktail hour action stations and signature cocktails, to around-the-world culinary guest experiences and artfully passed appetizers, we are here to bring your culinary dream to life.

Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen has locations in Garland and Southlake featuring our unique fusion of Modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist. Ferah Smokehouse & Cantina is located in Wylie, TX, featuring a fusion of Texas's favorite cuisines, Tex-Mex and Barbecue.
