Does Ferah provide full-service catering, or just the food?

We offer full-service catering, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and setup/breakdown, and table bussing. We offer a selection of dishware, silverware, linen napkin, and glassware rentals as well as upscale disposable options. View rental inventory here. Many event venues require full-service catering, but if your venue allows, Ferah can also provide a delivery-only order.

Can I bring my own rentals or source for another vendor?

Yes. While Ferah provides a collection of classic rentals, you are welcome to source from another vendor. If you need Ferah's team to set up the rentals provided by another vendor, an additional fee may apply.

Can we customize our wedding menu? Does Ferah offer a variety of food styles and cuisines?

Absolutely. We love working with couples to create a menu that reflects your tastes, cultural traditions, and vision for your wedding. Whether you want a modern fusion menu, comfort classics, or interactive stations, our team will guide you through the process. Multicultural, fusion weddings are Ferah's specialty! When you are combining two families, we undertsand the importance of having something delicious on the menu for every guest to enjoy.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We regularly provide gluten-free friendly, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-conscious options to ensure all of your guests are well-fed and included. While our catering facility is not a dedicated allergen-free environment, our chefs will prepare and package specialty meals separately. Please inform your catering concierge of any allergens when discussing your catering proposal.

Does Ferah Catering offer menu tastings before we book?

Does Ferah provide bartending services?

Yes, we offer TABC-certified bartending services and can provide a full bar setup or service for your own provided alcohol. How much does wedding catering cost?

Our wedding catering packages typically range depending on guest count, service style (buffet, plated, stations), and menu selections. Do you travel to our venue?

We cater weddings across the DFW Metroplex and beyond. Let us know your venue, and we’ll confirm availability and any travel considerations upfront. We have experience working with many venues and will coordinate directly with your venue's team to ensure a smooth setup and professional catering service.

Who will be on-site on our wedding day?

A dedicated Service Captain and professional catering team will be on-site from setup through breakdown, ensuring your timeline is followed and your guests are well taken care of. Do you provide desserts or cake?

We offer a variety of house-made desserts and can coordinate a dessert table if you wish. Our Texas-shaped chocolate cake is a crowd favorite for Texas weddings! While we do not bake wedding cakes, we are happy to cut and serve the provided cake on your wedding day.

How do we book Ferah Catering for our wedding?

Start by filling out our wedding inquiry form here. We'll ask a few questions to learn more about your vision, prepare a customized proposal, and your dedicated Catering Concierge will guide you through the fully online booking and planning process from there. Ferah offers a online tools to keep your catering planning easy and convenient. A 25% deposit and signed catering agreement is required to book your service and reserve your date. We cater a limited number of events each day to ensure our five-star service standard, so be sure to reach out soon to check availability on your date.

Does Ferah have a backup plan?
