Our founder and owner, Chef Burak Ozcan, has nearly two decades of experience with Food and Beverage operations. He started his career as a chef in the most luxurious five-star resorts across the Mediterranean before making his way to Dallas in 2009 where he mastered Tex-Mex cuisine. His international culinary expertise is what allows Ferah to specialize in these international and fusion menus, providing a menu with something for every guest to enjoy. Ferah is proud to have a team of talented chefs who specialize in a variety of cuisines. Chef Orlando Arroyo is Ferah's resident expert in Tex-Mex and latin cuisines.
