Alex Johnson brings almost fifteen years’ experience to Ferah. He began his career as a young and eager prep cook and slowly worked his way up in the ranks. In 2016, he moved to Dallas and began working in banquets – fine tuning his craft. He was soon promoted to Executive Sous Chef in 2018, and then Executive Chef in 2021. His quick rise in full-service Hotels testifies to his amazing talent and ability to execute tasty food in mass production for weddings and large catering events. At the same time, Chef Alex executes several course fine dining wine dinners for Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen on a more intimate scale. Alex joined the Ferah team in 2022 where he manages day-to-day culinary operations at our Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen's Southlake location, as well as spearheading our catering operations.
