Chef Burak Ozcan
Chef Burak Ozcan, Owner, has nearly two decades of experience with catering events of all types. He started his career as a chef in the most luxurious five-star resorts across the Mediterranean before making his way to Dallas in 2011. After working with celebrity chef Stephan Pyles to open various high-end restaurant concepts, Chef Burak transitioned to leading culinary teams in full-service hotels across DFW. During that time he became an expert in executing both intimate and large-scale events. After opening the first Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen® location in 2019, Chef Burak began offering private events and catering services. Chef Burak’s dedication to exquisite hospitality and his expertise with behind-the-scenes event logistics allow our clients to have peace of mind and focus on enjoying their event. Under Chef Burak’s leadership, Ferah Catering & Events received the Couples’ Choice Award by Wedding Wire in 2022.

Jeremy Berlin
Jeremy Berlin, General Manager & Owner, brings over 20 years of award-winning hospitality leadership, event, and sales experience to the team. Jeremy has managed large full-service hotels across the country, including multi-million-dollar renovations and the opening of new properties. During this time he gained expertise in executing conventions, expos, and social events of all sizes. Jeremy’s involvement in the planning and execution of your event ensures your guests will have an unforgettable experience.

Stephanie Ozcan
Stephanie Ozcan manages marketing for the Ferah family of brands and designed the interior of both Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen® locations (Garland and Southlake-Now Open!) where we host celebrations and private events of all types. An expert in curating unforgettable ambiance, Stephanie specializes in helping you create stunning and unique experiences for your guests.

Chef Sanjay Desai
Chef Sanjay Desai met Chef Burak while working together at Samar by Stephan Pyles in Downtown Dallas. Sanjay brings over two decades of culinary experience to our team, specifically in South Asian cooking. Growing up in India, Sanjay realized his passion for cuisine at a young age. As a vegetarian himself, Chef Sanjay has a talent for making flavorful vegetarian dishes that impress even the most loyal meat lovers.

Tom Urann
Tom Urann is Ferah's expert mixologist. Originally from Washington, Tom has spent the past three years in DFW. After years in restaurant management roles, Tom realized his true passion is creating an unforgettable experience at the bar. His management experience ensures you will receive exceptional service when you trust Ferah with your mixology and bartending needs.
